New study looks at impacts of emissions reductions on birth outcomes

HEI has published a new Research Report, Impacts of Vehicle Emission Regulations and Local Congestion Policies on Birth Outcomes Associated with Traffic Air Pollution, which presents a study led by Perry Hystad of Oregon State University.

New State of Global Air Asia regional report details latest data on air quality and health impacts in Central, South and Southeast Asia

Air pollution is the leading environmental risk factor for poor health in Central, South and Southeast Asia. Residents across the three regions are routinely exposed to levels of air pollution above the guidelines set by the World Health Organization, yet there is limited funding to improve air quality across the regions. This new SoGA report covers 23 countries in Asia and highlights key data and trends for each region.
