Hlina Kiros

Research Assistant

Hlina Kiros is a Research Assistant working with the Global Inititatives team. She received a bachelor's degree in Health Promotion from the University of Georgia, with minors in Health Policy and Management and Global Health. She has prior internship experience as an Intensive Case Management Intern with the International Rescue Committee, and as an Epidemiology Intern at the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health. She has also worked as a Research Assistant at the UGA College of Public Health, where she contributed to a longitudinal study assessing the long-term health impacts of racial discrimination on low-income, minority communities in Athens, Georgia.
